Prof. Nkem Fab-Ukozor (nee Anidi)

Prof. Nkem Fab-Ukozor (nee Anidi) is of the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies, Imo State University, Owerri-Nigeria.
As a passionate advocate for gender sensitivity in the mass media, Nkem Fab-Ukozor founded the Media and Gender Enlightenment Initiative (MEGEIN), a not-for-profit organization that has remained a leading voice for the promotion of gender equality in Nigeria and beyond.
She is also Nigeria's Coordinator, Global Media Monitoring Project (GMMP) of World Association for Christian Communication (WACC), Canada. Nkem has more than 50 publications to her credit. Interestingly, when she is not advocating for women's fair representation in the media or in governance, she loves to spend time with her grandchildren. Nkem and her husband (Prof Fab Ukozor) are blessed with 3 children.

currently pursuing doctoral nursing. Chief Francesca holds Masters in Nursing Education, Masters
in Medical Jurisprudence and Nurse - Patient Advocate.

Dr. Theresa Obiageli Mbonu

Dr Theresa Mbonu (nee Nwankwo) Theresa is currently an Independent Education Consultant assisting over twenty five (25) states in Nigeria in the review and design of education sector plan, monitoring and evaluation framework and implementation.
Previously, Theresa was a Director Policy Planning, Research and Statistics at FCT Education Secretariat Abuja.
Theresa holds PHD in Leadership and Policy Change from Walden University, United States of America, Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Nigeria, Nsukka (Enugu Campus); and Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from University Of Benin City.
While in service, Theresa was responsible for coordinating the FCT Education Management and Information System (EMIS) with up to 10,000 public and private schools in the system database.
Development of proposals and engagements to attract international development partners’ and capacity development for over 3,0000 staff categories. Theresa has great enthusiasm and commitment to driving transformation.
Dr Theresa is a daughter of the Church. Directly after her National Youth Service, she went back to her Alma Mater (Rosary Hight School, Awgu) to fill a critical staff gap in the teaching of English Language and Literature, for six years, before proceeding to College of Immaculate Conception Enugu and Holy Rosary College Uwani, respectively.
As soon as she retired from the Nigerian Civil Service, she took appointment as the Education Secretary of the Catholic Archdiocese of Abuja, up until August 2023. She has worked in the team of UNICEF Abuja resource persons for many years to support states in different skill sets for managing education.
She still serves as resource to UNICEF whenever the need arises. Dr. Theresa is a member of many professional, pious religion and social associations and these include:
member of National Society for Leadership and Success - a United States based honors society, nominated into by Walden University for graduating tops in her PhD programme. Member of National Institute of Management.
Patroness of different societies in the Church such as Holy Rosary Wuse, Abuja CMO, CWO, All Saints Choir, St Patricks’ Lay Readers Association, Daughters of Mary and Our Lady of Perpetual Held etcetera.
Awards: Dr Theresa has received many awards in the service and in different Church organizations, especially CWO, CMO, Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Dame Barrister Rose Chukwuonwe (nee Mbah) is a Lady Knight of Saint Mulumba Nigeria (LSM) and an executive graduate of Harvard Law School Boston Massachusetts, and Columbia University Business School, New York USA, and also a highly experienced legal practitioner in the private and corporate practices providing legal, regulatory, corporate governance and risk management services across many industries.
She holds Bachelor of Law ( LLB Hons) from University of Lagos, Barrister at Law (BL) from Nigerian Law School, and master's in business administration (MBA) from University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

Previously, Dame Rose Chukwuonwe was the Directorate of Legal Services, Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) from 2014 to December 2019, Head of Customer Services at Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) from 2000 to 2014 (formerly PHCN where she held many positions including Manager, Revenue Cycle Services).
Prior to joining EEDC, she held various managerial positions including Senior Manager Legal and Company Secretary at Co-operative & Commerce Bank LTD between 1987 and 1998.
Before venturing into the corporate world, Dame Rose Chukwuonwe ventured was a Magistrate of Anambra State Judiciary from 1986 to 1987.
Dame Rose Chukwuonwe is an advocate for Women and Children's right advancement and protection. She was appointed the Enugu State Coordinator of WRAPA an acronym for Women's Right Advancement and Protection Alternative from 2005 to 2008.
WRAPA is a non-governmental Organization founded in 1999 by the wife of the former President of Nigeria Justice Fati Lami Abubakar and devoted to increasing access to justice and advocacy for women and Children.
